Maple and Chili Glazed Acorn Squash

Serves 2


  • 1 Acorn Squash

  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

  • 1 tsp of Flavor Crank Chili powder

  • 2 teaspoons olive oil

  • Flavor Crank Sea Salt or FC All Purpose seasoning to taste


1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees

2. Line a sheet pan with aluminum foil.

3. Carefully cut Acorn Squash in half or into quarters. Drizzle maple syrup and olive oil evenly over squash and then sprinkle seasonings over squash.

4. Place Acorn Squash on the sheet pan and cover with aluminum foil and roast for about 40-45 minutes. The flesh of the squash should be able to be easily pierced with a fork or your desired tenderness. DONE. A nice side dish that can be served with pan roasted chicken breasts and Moroccan style roasted carrots.
