Spicy Korean BBQ Wing Sauce

Serves 3


  • ¼ cup honey

  • 3 tablespoons gochujang (Korean hot pepper paste)

  • 1-1/2 Tbs soy sauce

  • 1-Tbs Rice vinegar

  • 2 minced Garlic cloves

  • 2 Tbs grated fresh Ginger root

  • 2 Tbs of Butter

  • S&P to taste

  • ¼ Cup of Water

  • 3 Tbs Flavor Crank’s Lip Smackin’ Chicken seasoning

  • ¼ cup finely chopped Green onions (green part only)

  • 2 Tbs of Sesame seeds (Optional)


2 pounds fried chicken wings in Vegetable or Grape-seed oil seasoned with Flavor Crank’s Lip Smackin’ Chicken


1. Combine all ingredients in a pan over a medium heat and stir to incorporate. Allow to come to a simmer and stir again. Drizzle sauce over already prepared and hot wings. Garnish with green onions and enjoy.
